I don't have wrinkle problems, so it's hard to assess the lifting effect. Still, the cream moisturizes well, brightens, and is comfortable to use. I was amused by one lady's opinion that the only thing she noticed was that the cream firms the skin around the eyes. If it fulfils its function, why lower the product rating?
